Carroll Boys Fall to Homestead in Overtime Thriller, 3–1

The Carroll Chargers boys soccer team saw their postseason run come to an end in a hard-fought regional semifinal against Homestead, falling 3–1 in overtime. The match was a tense battle from the opening whistle, with both teams showing defensive discipline and flashes of attacking brilliance. Carroll struck first in regulation, as Jonah Barranda found the back of the net off a well-placed assist from Landon Wells, giving the Chargers a 1–0 lead and energizing the crowd. Homestead responded with a goal of their own to level the score, and despite several chances from both sides, the match remained tied at the end of regulation.
